Avantum Brands SL (Madrid, Spain) imports Old Man Mountain racks to the EU since 2005.

Destinations, Lead Time and Shipping Cost
We ship all racks from Madrid (Spain). For Spain we deliver in 2-3 days. For the rest of the EU it can take a few days more:

Please ask for a price quote on shipping cost for other EU countries or countries outside of the EU.
We can also (export) ship to Norway and Switzerland, although customers in these countries will have to pay local custom fees and local taxes.
Terms of Sale
All prices displayed include a 21% VAT. At checkout, and when you type your address, the cart will recalculate your local Tax Rate so that it is reflected on the price of the items you are ordering.
After you have sent us your order you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, please reach out to us or check your spam folder.
After payment you will receive an email with the invoice and a tracking link for you parcel.
We usually carry everything in Stock. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and you will be informed of a new Date of Delivery. Clients that do not accept a Delivery will NOT be refunded the shipping cost in case of a such a Return. Shipping cost will also not be refunded if UPS was unable to deliver if nobody is home to accept the parcel.
Terms of Delivery
We ship with UPS, but occasionally we might use another shipper like GLS or DPD. The lead time and cost for each country is detailed above and it is an approximate lead time. When completing the Order Form, please include a phone number where you can be reached, in case the transportation company needs to contact you.
If you have selected Home Delivery but nobody is home at the time of delivery, UPS normally leaves the parcel at a UPS pick-up location where you can pick up the box. In that case, you will receive either an email or an SMS from UPS.
Terms of Payment
We offer several forms of Payment: Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once Payment has been confirmed, the goods will be prepared in our warehouse for shipping. The invoice will be sent to you via email after Payment has been received. For our Exchange and Return Policy, please read below which amounts are refunded.

After payment you will receive an email with the invoice and a tracking link for you parcel.
Exchange and Returns
We offer you 30 days to evaluate the purchased product (Exchange or Return). If for some reason the Rack did not fit your bike, contact us to see if we can find a solution.
Exchange: If you wish to exchange your Old Man Mountain rack for another, the Return Shipping cost of the rack you wish to send us is paid by YOU. WE will cover the cost of sending out the new rack.
Returns: The Return Shipping cost of the rack you wish to return is paid by YOU. Once we have the rack back at our warehouse, we will refund you the full price of purchase via a Bank Transfer.
Exchange and Return Parcels: Common sense please, meaning that the goods needs to be unused and in its original packaging. If the rack has been used and is not in re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to charge up to a 40% restocking and handling fee. This percentage will be deducted from the Refund amount.
Before sending us anything, please call or email us with your Invoice number at hand, so we can send you the Return Address and start the Exchange/Return process.
Warranty
Old Man Mountain warrants each product it manufactures to be free from defect in material and workmanship for the purpose it was intended to the original purchaser for the reasonable lifetime of the product.

Old Man Mountain warrants each product it manufactures to be free from defect in material and workmanship for the purpose it was intended to the original purchaser for the reasonable lifetime of the product. Your original dated sales or delivery receipt showing the date of purchase is your proof of purchase. Old Man Mountain shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or workmanship; it is limited to the repair or replacement, at its factory, of any defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory; transportation charges prepaid, by the original purchaser. Old Man Mountain shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly, or reinstallation of such article will be allowed. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover claims from misuse, neglect, failure to follow the instructions, improper installation, improper maintenance and use, abuse alteration, involvement in an accident and normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover any article that has been altered outside of the Old Man Mountain or the performance of any accessory or equipment on or in which any article of the company’s manufacturer is used. Old Man Mountain shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to any article manufactured by, if, or of any accessory or equipment on or in which it used. Failure of a user to give notice of claim as to defect claimed under the provisions of this warranty within sixty (60) days of the appearance of such claim shall constitute a waiver by customer of all claims with respect to such goods and equipment. No expressed, implied, or statutory warranty other than that herein set forth is made or authorized to be made by the company.
If the issue does not concern a manufacturing defect, please contact us with the specifics and we’ll try and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Your Privacy
We do not resell any of the information you provide us, and we only ask for the necessary information in order to be able to Deliver a Parcel to you that includes the Product you have purchased. Furthermore, we do not send out newsletters or advertising without you specifically signing up for it. However, we reserve the right to send you an email with news or updates regarding the Product you have purchased if we consider it to be important or of interest to you as a user of an Old Man Mountain Rack.
