A customer has sent us photos of his Felt DD Fatbike on which he has mounted an Old Man Mountain Sherpa Phat rack. We love what he has done and thank him for the photos.
Today we also want to share and show an example of how one of our racks was personalized and mounted.
While we were on vacation, a customer sent us photos of his Felt DD Fatbike on which he mounted an Old Man Mountain Sherpa Phat rack.
We loved what he did and thank him for the photos. On this occasion, the customer did not just mount the rack. For aesthetic reasons, we assume, he painted the rack in the same color as the frame. We know that in the US there have been some customers who have done the same, but on this side of the Atlantic it is the first time we see someone do it.

Honestly, it turned out great.
In addition, protecting tape has been placed on 6 strategic points. Orange tape. The same color that the frame already uses for the logo. These six points where the orange tape has been placed are the anchor points for the panniers. So, in addition to protecting the carrier, it has visually become a design detail of the bike itself.
